Cosmickumon.com is the place where Kumon students can redeem their earned Kumon points for prizes. We strive to educate parents and children about how to appropriately safeguard their privacy when traveling on the Web. Cosmickumon.com is committed to complying fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Our information collection practices are described below. We urge children to check with their parents before entering information on any website and we urge parents to discuss with their children restrictions regarding the online release of personal information to anyone they do not know.
The personal information collected from this website (i.e. their name, telephone number, email address, school grade, center name and Instructor name) is used solely by Kumon North America, Inc. ("Kumon") to verify and confirm information regarding the students participating in the Cosmic Club, and for no other purpose. At cosmickumon.com, it's our policy to create website content that requires minimum collection of information from our visitors. This information is collected so children can participate in activities without giving unnecessary personal information. From time to time, however, we may request limited personally identifiable information (e.g. child's email address and/or email address of parent or third party), as explained below, in order to offer online activities (e.g. prize redemption). Cosmickumon.com does not condition a child's participation in any of our online activities on the disclosure of more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in the activity.
The Kumon student's personal information collected on this website shall not be disclosed to any third parties. Kumon only requires personal information from its students that is reasonably necessary to participate in the Cosmic Club. At no time may Kumon condition a student's participation in the Cosmic Club on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in the Cosmic Club.

Parents of a Kumon student who is participating in the Cosmic Club may review their child's personal information as collected by this website at any time.
