- Kumon North America retains the exclusive right to suspend, modify, or cancel any prizes awarded without prior notification. In the case of cancellation or suspension of prize awards, Kumon will have no obligation to honor points earned but not yet used.
- Kumon retains the exclusive right to permanently disqualify students who have intentionally violated any of the rules listed above.
- With respect to any of the prizes that are claimed, Kumon makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Kumon shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with any use, or inability to use, any prizes that are claimed.
