Official Rules - Selecting Prizes for Points Earned
The Cosmic Club has six prize levels. Kumon retains the exclusive right to determine the appropriate prizes at each level or change the points needed to attain a particular level without any advance notice. Kumon also retains the exclusive right to determine the suppliers of such prizes.
The prize levels and the points needed to attain those levels are currently as follows:

Kumon will verify a student's point value before shipping the prize. Kumon retains the right to make the final determination of points earned if a dispute arises.
• All orders for prizes must be submitted by the Students or their Parents. Instructors are no longer allowed to order prizes on behalf of their students. All prizes ordered must be delivered to the student's home address and P.O. Boxes cannot be accepted due to our shipping procedures. The students phone number must be included in case of any discrepancies with the order. Kumon will not be obligated to ship prizes by a certain date, although it will use reasonable efforts to process and ship prizes in a expeditious manner.
Starting in January 2011, students will be allowed a period of absence not to exceed one month per calendar year. Students reported as absent for more than one month in a given calendar year will be considered un-enrolled students, and a registration fee will be assessed when re-enrolling. Also, such students will forfeit any accumulated Cosmic Club points and start with a zero balance should they re-enroll. (Note: Multi-Subject Students remaining enrolled in at least one subject will not be affected by this policy. However, a multi-subject student would be considered un-enrolled if he or she had already previously been reported as absent in each subject earlier in the year, and subsequently was un-enrolled from both subjects in the same month.)
